Abstract:
The present invention provides a raw material supply device for coal briquette manufacturing equipment, which is installed between a mixer for mixing powdered coal and a binder to produce a raw material and a forming machine for forming the mixture raw material to produce a coal briquette, and continuously feeds the raw material, supplied from the mixer, into the forming machine such that blocking of a raw material feed flow due to adhesion or aggregation of the raw material in the supply device is minimized so as to improve the raw material feed flow and prevent the blocking of the flow, wherein the supply device comprises: a feeder main body having an inner space for receiving a raw material and having a raw material discharge port disposed at the lower end thereof; a rotating shaft rotatably installed at the center of the inside of the feeder main body; a drive unit installed above the feeder main body and connected to the rotating shaft so as to rotate the rotating shaft; a blade installed on the rotating shaft and extending in a radial direction; an outlet connected to the discharge port and extending to the forming machine; and an adjustment unit for adjusting the viscosity of the raw material by applying heated or cooled air to the raw material in the outlet to change the temperature of the raw material.
