Abstract:
The present invention relates to a re-releasable adhesive and a method for preparing an adhesive material using same, the re-releasable adhesive comprising: an acrylic monomer composed of 20-30 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 4-5 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 1-2 parts by weight of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, and 3-4 parts by weight of acrylic acid; 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of a benzyl peroxide heat initiator; a solvent composed of 40-50 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, 4-7 parts by weight of acetone, and 2-4 parts by weight of toluene; and 2-3 parts by weight of rosin ester. According to the present invention, the sticking strength to a substrate and the adhesive strength can be enhanced and step difference characteristics of an embossed fabric can be overcome.
