Abstract:
A reaction analyzing device can discriminate accurately with high reproducibility
if a reaction region is in an extraordinary reaction state, carries out appropriate
analyzing process in accordance with the state of the reaction region, and efficiently
analyzes characteristics of the reaction region. The reaction analyzing device
is provided with acquiring means (330, 332) for acquiring intensity values of
first and second wavelength components from measured results (302) measured
by a spectroscopic measurement device with respect to light emitted from the
reaction region, a relative intensity calculating unit (334) for calculating
relativeintensity of the first wavelength component to the second wavelength
component from the intensity values of first and second wavelength components,
a judgment (336) for judging whether the calculated relative intensity is in
a predetermined range or not, and an output unit (316) for notifying that the reaction
region is in a predetermined state when the relative intensity is a value in the
predetermined range.
