Abstract:
A reaction processing device 100 comprises: a container placement unit 74 for placing a reaction processing container 10 comprising a channel formed on a substrate; a high-temperature heater 104 and an intermediate-temperature heater 106 for adjusting the temperature of the channel on the reaction processing container 10; a container alignment mechanism 80 for adjusting the position of the reaction processing container 10; and a case that has a case body 70 and a cover capable of opening and closing with respect to the case body 70 and that houses the container placement unit 74, the high-temperature heater 104, the intermediate-temperature heater 106, and the container alignment mechanism 80. The container alignment mechanism 80 positions the reaction processing container 10 so that same can be heated by the high-temperature heater 104 and the intermediate-temperature heater 106 in conjunction with the cover being changed from an open state to a closed state.
