Abstract:
A reaction vessel having a vibrating and agitating device. A feed port (3) and a discharge port (4) are provided on a tank body (1). Several through holes are uniformly and circumferentially provided on a tank cover (2). A support (5) is provided on the tank cover (2). Cylinders (6) are fixedly mounted on the support (5). The protruding ends of several cylinders (6) each are slidably provided within the tank body (1) through the through holes. The protruding ends of several cylinders (6) are hinged with a vibrating-tray (7). Several discharge holes (8) are provided on the bottom of the vibrating tray (7). A baffle plate is mounted in a rotating manner on the lower surface of the vibrating tray (7). An automatic locking device (9) is provided on the vibrating tray (7) for fixing the baffle plate. A delivering channel (10) is provided within the feed port (3). An outlet of the delivering channel (10) is located above the vibrating tray (7).
