Abstract:
A reaction vessel for treating waste plastic and tyres by cracking. The reaction
vessel comprises reaction vessel shell, hot air layer outside the shell, hot
air inlet and outlet in connection with hot air layer, feed inlet situated upside
of the shell, discharge gate situated downside of the shell, resultant gas outlet
mounted on the sidewall of the shell and in connection with inner chamber of the
reaction vessel, dewaxing unit connected to the resultant gas outlet, and alkali
spraying inlet situated upside of the shell and beside the feed inlet. Alkali
powder or solution can be charged into the inner chamber of the reaction vessel
throughalkali spraying inlet in feeding stage, thus resultant acid gas can be
removed and life time of related equipment can be prolonged. Discharged resultant
gas of reaction is treated by dewaxing unit, thus waxes are converted into fuel
oil completely and oil productivity is improved remarkably.
