Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a reactive silicone composition which is transparent in the near-infrared region that is used for optical communication, while having a refractive index that is able to be adjusted, and which is capable of easily forming a fine structure by means of conventional semiconductor processing techniques such as lithography and etching, while exhibiting excellent light resistance and heat resistance after curing.
[Solution] A reactive silicone composition which contains the component (S) and the component (T) described below.
Component (S): A reactive silicone compound which is composed of a condensation product of a diaryl silicate compound represented by formula (1) and a silicon compound represented by formula (2). (In the formulae, each of Ar1 and Ar2 independently represents a phenyl group which may be optionally substituted by an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms; and X represents a hydrolyzable reactive group.)
Component (T): Modified titanium oxide-containing oxide colloidal particles that are obtained by bonding an organosilicon compound to the surfaces of titanium oxide-containing oxide colloidal particles (C) which have an average particle diameter of 2-100 nm, and each of which is obtained by covering the surface of a titanium oxide-containing metal oxide colloidal particle (A) serving as a core with a coating material that is composed of colloidal particles (B) of a composite oxide that contains silicon dioxide and tin oxide.
