The present invention relates to a reactor and a carbonation device comprising same. The reactor includes: a plurality of chambers; a support structure for supporting the plurality of chambers; and a plurality of agitators corresponding to the plurality of chambers to stir a material provided inside each of the plurality of chambers. The plurality of chambers include first to third chambers sequentially coupled in the thickness direction, and each of the first to third chambers includes a body part having the lower part formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, and an opening which is formed through the body part, and through which the plurality of chambers communicate with each other or with the outside. The first chamber includes a first water injection pipe for supplying water to the inside of a first body part of the first chamber, the second chamber includes a second water injection pipe for supplying water to the inside of a second body part of the second chamber and a first gas injection pipe for supplying gas, and the third chamber includes a second gas injection pipe for supplying gas to the inside of a third body part of the third chamber.
