Abstract:
Provided is a reactor that is easy to assemble. This reactor (1) comprises: a coil (2) made by winding a winding (2w); a magnetic core (3); a case (4) that houses an assembly (10) of the coil (2) and the magnetic core (3); and a terminal fitting (8) to which the end part of the winding (2w) is connected. The case (4) includes: a bottom plate part (40); and a side wall part (41) that surrounds the periphery of the assembly (10). At least a portion of the side wall part (41) is made of an insulating resin. A fastening base part (415) to which the terminal fitting (8) is fixed by a fastening member (bolt (419)), an oscillation suppression part (416) that restricts the oscillation of the terminal fitting (8) at the time of fastening the bolt (419), and a positioning part (417) that positions the terminal fitting (8) are formed integrally with the side wall part (41) by the insulating resin. The terminal fitting (8) includes an engagement part (86) that engages with the oscillation suppression part (416). The bolt (419) is easy to fasten and workability is excellent because the terminal fitting (8) is less prone to oscillate and is highly stable thanks to the oscillation suppression part (416) and the engagement part (86).
