Abstract:
In the present invention, a reactor (1) includes second flow paths (12) on the permeation side of a separation membrane (30). The second flow paths (12) include: inlets (d1) that open into a first space (P1) between a first sealing part (4) and a flow rate regulating part (6); and outlets (d2) that open into a second space (P2) between a second sealing part (5) and the flow rate regulating part (6). A housing (3) includes: a sweep gas supply port (3a) for supplying a sweep gas to the first space (P1); and a sweep gas discharge port (3b) for discharging the sweep gas from the second space (P1). In a side view of the reactor (1), the flow direction of the sweep gas which flows from the first space (P1) to the second space (P2) through the flow rate regulating part (6), is the same as the flow direction of the sweep gas which flows through the second flow paths (12).
