Abstract:
A reactor preventing solid material buildup comprises a reactor body and an agitator. A feed inlet (1) is arranged at a top portion of the reactor body. The agitator comprises a stirring rod (2). A top end of the stirring rod (2) extends out of the top portion of the reactor body and is connected with a handle. A fixing frame (3) is disposed at a lower half portion of the stirring rod (2). Multiple detachable helical ribbon stirring blades (4) are uniformly disposed at the fixing frame (3). A length direction of the helical ribbon stirring blade (4) is parallel to a length direction of the stirring rod (2). The agitator can produce vertical and circular circulation in a reaction solution, such that a material can be dissolved in the reaction solution quickly, thereby eliminating safety risk, ensuring thorough stirring to facilitate an interface reaction, and improving efficiency.
