Title:
REACTOR FOR THERMALLY DECOMPOSING RUBBER SCRAP AND RUBBER FLAKES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/136422
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reactor for thermally decomposing rubber scrap and rubber flakes. More particularly, the present invention relates to a reactor for thermally decomposing a rubber scrap and a rubber flake, wherein an electric heating tube, serving as a passage for the heating medium, is disposed between an inner tube and an outer tube of a reaction tube for thermally decomposing rubber scraps and a rubber flakes, and is uniformly spaced apart from the inner tube, and wherein uncondensed gas, introduced from a condenser, is injected by a nozzle to the transfer line which transfers the decomposition vapor, generated during the thermal decomposition process using the heating medium, to the condenser for a subsequent process. Accordingly, the inner temperature of the reaction tube is effectively and uniformly maintained, thereby preventing the residue of the decomposition vapor from being deposited within the transfer line.
