Abstract:
The present invention relates to a read-only optical information recording medium in which at least one reflection film and at least one optically transparent layer are stacked sequentially on a substrate and with which information is played back by using a blue laser. The reflection film is formed of a metal oxide containing Sn and Zn or a metal oxide containing In, and the thickness of the reflection film is 20-70 nm. The present invention makes it possible to provide a read-only optical information recording medium having superior playback stability due to high reflectance and low jitter (small fluctuations of playback signals along the temporal axis) and also having good durability.
