Abstract:
The present invention relates to: readily formable decorative paper suitable for use in a molded fibrous article obtained through simultaneous molding/decoration; and a process for producing a molded fibrous article through simultaneous molding/decoration. The readily formable decorative paper suffers no ink running during molding and has excellent wear resistance. The process for producing a molded fibrous article through simultaneous molding/decoration includes using the paper.
The readily formable decorative paper (11) comprises readily formable paper (1), a pattern layer (8) formed on one surface of the readily formable paper (1), a varnish layer (9) formed on the readily formable paper (1) and on the pattern layer (8), and a protective layer (10) formed on the varnish layer (9). The pattern layer (8), the varnish layer (9), and the protective layer (10) are printed layers (2).
