Abstract:
Provided is a reading time monitoring method and a system for forced exit. The method comprises: recording novel reading-time information set by a user and elapsed novel reading-time information (S101); acquiring the novel reading-time information set by the user and the elapsed novel reading-time information (S102); determining whether the elapsed novel reading-time is greater than the novel reading-time set by the user (S103); and if so, deeming that it is time to take a break, and automatically exiting the novel; if not, deeming that it is not time to take a break, and skipping forced exit (S105). The system can ensure a reasonable ratio of work to leisure reading time, and constantly develop and strengthen the user's self-control, so as to ensure good work, study, and leisure habits, achieve balanced development, all-round participation in life, thereby improving quality of life.
