Description:
SPECIFICATION

READY WALL FOR NOISE AND HEAT INSULATION

Technical Field

This invention is related to a ready wall used in constructions to provide heat and noise insulation.

Prior Art

Contemporarily most commonly, ready mixed concrete or bricks are used in constructions in order to build walls. However the walls that are built by concrete walls or bricks introduce various problems along with themselves.

Before all, the cost of concrete or brick walls is considerably high. These kinds of walls increase the overall costs of the constructions both regarding the production and labor costs. Together with this the overall weight of the constructions in which such walls are used increase to a considerably high extent due to the weight of such walls. This situation causes greater load on the structures' skeleton and consequently it becomes necessary to build stronger rising mains and main beams for the constructions. Besides, in cases when it is demanded to demolish a wall or open a door on such a wall, this requires effort consuming and long terms of labor. When all of these disadvantages are considered there emerges the necessity to develop lighter and cheaper ready walls through which better heat and noise insulation is provided.

In the technique there are some known ready walls which provide better heat and noise insulation. And in places where concrete or bricks are not preferred but lighter materials are sought, thin materials such as chipboard and gypsum board are used. However materials such as chipboard and gypsum board are not as resistant as requested and they do not provide the demanded noise insulation. Therefore, in the technique, insulation materials in two faces are used between the chipboards and gypsum boards. By the courtesy of this the requested noise insulation is provided.

In the Utility Model Certificate Nr. TR 2002 01840 which takes place in the known state of the technique, a ready panel wall is mentioned which is obtained by different combinations of some materials such as plaster slab, polystyrene grid, glass wool, galvanized metal sheet, polyurethane and polystyrene plate.

In the In the Utility Model Certificate Nr. TR 2005 00479 which takes place in the known state of the technique, a ready panel wall is mentioned which is obtained by different combinations of some materials such as plaster slab, polystyrene grid, glass wool, galvanized metal sheet, galvanized metal sheet or aluminum plate, polyurethane foam or polystyrene plate and steel wires.

In the Patent Document Nr. TR 2006 06812 which takes place in the known state of the technique a ready wall is mentioned which takes place as a construction material in special concrete class among the light concrete types with foam concrete or light concrete types with light aggregate with pores; which is produced as the internal unit material and which is placed with sufficient amounts to the space volume of the outer unit when the material is still wet.

In the Patent Document Nr. US6167671 of USA which takes place in the known state of the technique a wall which is easily and lightly carried in mentioned which can be produced from timber or similar materials. This wall consists of two faces and the metal body in between holds these two faces.

In the French Patent Document Nr. FR2745020 a ready wall is mentioned in which wool or fiber glass insulation materials are uses and covered with a blanket. Brief Description of the Invention

The purpose of this invention is to realized a light ready wall which provides heat and noise insulation.

Another purpose of this invention is to realize a ready wall of which the labor costs are decreased.

Another purpose of this invention is to realize a ready wall that contains materials such as gypsum board (wallboard), blanket and foam material, leaving an air space in between and thus providing the heat and noise insulation.

The ready wall that was realized to achieve the purpose of the invention, in its most basic form contains at least two pieces of gypsum board (wallboard) panels, a blanket that is attached to the gypsum board (wallboard) panels along their faces that faces inner side, and the foam materials that will form a zigzag between the gypsum boards (wallboards) and remain a space between the zigzags.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The ready wall that was realized to achieve the purpose of the invention s shown in the figures and these figures are:

FIGURE -1 The exploded image of the ready wall.

FIGURE-2 The exploded image of the wall from top.

FIGURE-3 The image of the ready wall from top.

FIGURED The perspective image of the ready wall.

The pieces in the figures are given numbers one by one and the names against these numbers are given below. 1. Ready Wall

2. Gypsum Board (wallboard)

3. Blanket

4. Foam

5. Bonding Surface

6. Support Surface

7. Intrusion

8. Protrusion

The subject ready wall (1) of the invention contains at least two gypsum boards (wallboards) (2), the blanket (3) that is adhered to the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2) along the inner faces of the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2), the foam (4) material that takes place between the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2) in a manner forming zigzags and leaving spaces between the zigzags.

The subject ready wall (1) of the invention contains the protrusion (8) that provides to attach the ready walls (1) to each other with a U form intrusion (7) on one end and by hanging to these intrusions (7) on the other end.

Gypsum board (wallboard) (2) is used on both sides of the wall. In the technique the known standard gypsum boards (wallboards) (2) may be used. The heat, noise insulation and the fire resistance may differ depending on the type of the gypsum board (wallboard) which will be used.

The Blanket (3) is adhered to the on the surfaces of the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2) which face the inner side of the wall. In the preferred application glue is applied on the surfaces of the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2) by means of roles and the blanket (3) is adhered to the gypsum boards (wallboards) by means of this glue.

After the blanket (3) is adhered to the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2), foam (4) is adhered between the gypsum boards (wallboards) (2). Foam (4) is selected to be a highly resistant material. Nay foam (4) type resistant to fire may be used. After the foam (4) is taken in a rectangular form, it is cut into the forms that will be used on the wall (1). In addition to using a machine or a device for the cutting process, different methods may also be used to realize the cutting process. The bonding surface (5) of the foam (4) to the gypsum boards

(wallboards) (2) and to this surface it contains a joint support surface (6) with a certain angle to this surface. An air space is formed between the support surfaces (6) and bonding surfaces (5). Heat and noise insulation is provided by the courtesy of this.

On one end of the ready wall (1) there is a U formed intrusion (7). On the other hand there is a protrusion (8) in a manner which will sit on these intrusions (7). The sections of the wall (1) are fixed to each other by sitting these protrusions (8) to the intrusions.
