Abstract:
A reagent combination, kit, system, and method for detecting a target protein. When a solution under detection comprises a target protein, a first antibody and a second antibody are used to form a double-antibody sandwich structure with the target protein, and a donor fluorescent molecule is enabled to excite an acceptor fluorescent molecule to emit fluorescence by means of complementary pairing between a plurality of single-stranded DNAs so as to calculate the content of the target protein. The detection method is simple, small in background interference, high in sensitivity, and small in measurement error.
