Abstract:
A reagent, which contains 15O2-labeled hemoglobin, for examining a vital tissue and a method of producing the same. More specifically speaking, a reagent for examining a vital tissue to be used for judging a causative factor or conditions of a disease by detecting oxygen metabolism in a vital tissue with the use of 15O2-labeled hemoglobin and a method of producing the same. A method of detecting oxygen metabolism in a vital tissue.
