Abstract:
The present invention provides a reagent kit for detecting anti-moesin antibodies. The kit contains a solid support and moesin antigen protein which is full-length human moesin protein. The kit can be applied to the method for the early prediction and condition assessment of connective tissue diseases (CTD)-related lung involvement. The method mainly comprises the following steps: collecting biological samples from subjects, measuring the amount of anti-moesin antibodies in the samples, and assessing the amount of the antibodies.
