Abstract:
A reagent and a method for chiral structure analysis of a common drug-flurbiprofen molecule. The method comprises: first, formulating a flurbiprofen chiral molecule sample, cyclodextrin and a compound containing metal ions into a solution; then preparing complex ions by means of using an ion generation device, such as an electrospray ionization source; and finally, measuring the ion mobility spectra of the complex ions containing different chiral flurbiprofen molecules by means of using an ion mobility spectrometry device capable of measuring the ion collision section, so as to obtain the chiral structure of the flurbiprofen molecule contained in the sample.
