Abstract:
Provided is a reagent that is for measuring thrombin-antithrombin complex (TAT) within a blood sample from a test subject by latex agglutination, said reagent being characterized by comprising a polycation. As a result, it is possible to avoid the influence of heparin and accurately measure TAT.
