Abstract:
Disclosed are a real estate brokerage support method using a network, and a management server used therein. The present invention is implemented through the steps in which a main server receives, from a first terminal, rental condition information inputted according to the input, by a lessee, of rental conditions into the first terminal, the rental conditions and lease conditions of registered leased goods of a lessor, prestored in the main server, are mutually compared and matched, push information is transmitted to a second terminal of the lessor of the leased goods matched with the rental conditions, and a chat window is created between the first terminal of the lessee and the second terminal of the lessor. Therefore, a leased object directly selected through the rental conditions of a lessee can have ensured reliability, and the corresponding leased object can be more smoothly contracted.
