A real-time analysis system for engineering ship operation measured on the basis of ship posture. Comprising: a central processing unit (10), a position monitoring unit (20) for detecting and providing positional posture information and heading information of the engineering ship at a predetermined time, and providing the positional posture information and heading information of the engineering ship at the predetermined time to the central processing unit (10); a manual data input unit (30), the manual data input unit (30) being connected to the central processing unit (10), and being capable of providing pipeline model data to the central processing unit (10) by means of manual input; and a display unit (40), the display unit (40) being connected to the central processing unit (10) and displaying the pipeline dynamic response data on the basis of the processed data provided by the central processing unit (10).
