Abstract:
The present invention relates to a real-time brain tumor diagnosis probe device and system using an electromagnetic wave, the probe comprising: a directional coupler comprising an input port for receiving an electromagnetic wave input thereto, an output port for transferring a reflective wave, and a transmission/reception port for transferring the input electromagnetic wave and receiving the reflective wave; a transmission unit connected to the input port to transmit the electromagnetic wave; a transfer unit connected to the transmission/reception port to transfer the electromagnetic wave; a contact unit connected to a terminal of the transfer unit to transfer the electromagnetic wave to a subject to be diagnosed, and to transfer the reflective wave from the subject to be diagnosed to the transfer unit; and a reception unit connected to the output port to generate a detection signal for the reflective wave which has passed through the transfer unit and the transmission/reception port, wherein the probe is to detect information for diagnosing a tumor.
