Abstract:
A real-time detection-based winding drum for a cone winding process, and a detection method thereof. The winding drum comprises a winding drum body (2) connected on a machine frame (1); the winding drum body (2) is provided with a first drum body (201) and a third drum body (203); a second drum body (202) is provided between the first drum body (201) and the third drum body (203); the diameters of the first drum body (201) and the third drum body (203) are larger than the diameter of the second drum body (202); an annular end surface between a side end surface of the first drum body (201) and a side end surface of the second drum body (202) constitutes a first detection end surface (4); an annular end surface between a side end surface of the third drum body (203) and a side end surface of the second drum body (202) constitutes a second detection end surface (5); a plurality of photoelectric generators (6) are provided on the first detection end surface (4), and a plurality of photoelectric receivers (7) are provided on the second detection end surface (5). The real-time detection-based winding drum for a cone winding process can detect the winding status in real time while winding textile yarns, so as to avoid phenomena such as rewinding, thereby significantly improving the quality of the formed textile yarn spools.
