Abstract:
The present invention relates to a real-time fluorescence imaging sensor for measuring glutathione in organelles and a preparation method therefor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel compound for measuring glutathione in organelles, a method for preparing a novel compound, a real-time imaging sensor for measuring glutathione in organelles, the sensor comprising the novel compound, a preparation method therefor, and a method for measuring glutathione in organelles, using the imaging sensor. The use of a composition comprising the compound according to the present invention makes it possible to measure the antioxidant capacity of the organelles mitochondria or Golgi bodies in living cells, especially in the stem cell, allowing the selection of highly active stem cells on the basis of measurements of the antioxidant capacity of organelles.
