Abstract:
A real-time mine dust detection system and method based on double photoacoustic spectrums. The real-time mine dust detection system based on double photoacoustic spectrums comprises a first sampling unit (1), a first photoacoustic detection cavity (2), a second sampling unit (3), a second photoacoustic detection cavity (4), a signal unit (5) and a processing unit (6), wherein the first sampling unit (1) is used for separate sampling; the first photoacoustic detection cavity (2) provides a photoacoustic effect site for substances which are sampled by the first sampling unit (1); the second sampling unit (3) is used for separate sampling; the second photoacoustic detection cavity (4) provides a photoacoustic effect site for substances which are sampled by the second sampling unit (3); the signal unit (5) is used for providing a laser signal; and the processing unit (6) is used for collecting and processing a photoacoustic signal. Solving of the existing problem whereby the content of free SiO2 in dust, the concentration of respirable dust and the total dust concentration cannot be measured online in real time during mine dust detection is facilitated.
