Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic optimization system capable of searching for high-performance task configurations among schedulable task configurations in a system under development comprising multiple periodic tasks. The task configuration optimization system for multi-core processors having multiple cores calculates the individual response times of multiple tasks for which a core configuration is to be determined, and outputs the accumulated value of said calculated response times as the evaluation function value, which is an indicator value indicating the quality of a task configuration. On the basis of the aforementioned evaluation function value, task configurations having a good calculated evaluation function value are searched for. From the found task configuration candidates, those candidates having a good evaluation function value are retained.
