Abstract:
Provided is a reamer (10) that has a central axis line and has one cutting edge (20) in a cutting part (14) that is located on a front end side. The reamer (10) is provided with three guide pads (28, 30, 32) in the cutting part (14). The first guide pad (28) is formed so as to protrude on roughly the opposite side from the one cutting edge (20). The second guide pad (30) is located in one (14c) of two regions, facing opposite directions, on the outer peripheral surface of the cutting part (14) between the first guide pad (28) and the one cutting edge (20). The third guide pad (32) is located in the other (14d) of the aforementioned two regions.
