Abstract:
A rear clapper device for a stacker, comprising a gantry (1), a driving mechanism and a rear clapper mechanism. The driving mechanism is mounted on the gantry (1), the rear clapper mechanism is slidably mounted on the gantry (1), the rear clapper mechanism is connected to the driving mechanism, and the rear clapper mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to move back and forth along the gantry (1). A screw rod (4) and two guide rods (6) are mounted on the gantry (1), and the screw rod (4) is located between the two guide rods (6); the rear clapper mechanism comprises a sliding seat (7), a clapper (8) and a cylinder (9); the sliding seat (7) is movably mounted on the screw rod (4) and the two guide rods (6), and a clapper base (10) is provided at the bottom of the sliding seat; and the cylinder (9) is mounted on the clapper base (10), and the clapper (8) is connected to the cylinder (9). The rear clapper device for a stacker has a stable transmission process, ensures accurate positioning, and has high working efficiency.
