Abstract:
Provided is a rear-type wide converter lens for reducing the focal point distance of an optical system by being attached to the image side of a master lens, said optical system including the master lens. The rear-type wide converter lens has positive refractive power as a whole, is configured from a first positive lens component, a negative lens component, and a second positive lens component in this order from the object side, and satisfies predetermined conditional expression, thereby excellently correcting aberrations. An image pickup device having the rear-type wide converter lens, and a method for manufacturing the rear-type wide converter lens are also provided.
