Abstract:
A rear wheel cover assembly, a wheel cover stiffener, a vehicle body assembly, and an automobile. The rear wheel cover assembly comprises: a rear wheel cover body (1) defining a contour matching a rear wheel; a first stiffener (3) attached to a first side (11) of the rear wheel cover body (1); and a second stiffener (2) attached to a second side (12) of the rear wheel cover body (1), the second stiffener (2) being constituted by a die casting member. The rear wheel cover body (1), the first stiffener (3), and the second stiffener (2) have multiple openings having positions corresponded. Multiple nuts (5) are attached to positions of multiple openings (24, 25) on the second stiffener (2) to provide a shock absorber mounting point. On one hand, the rear wheel cover assembly provides a stable shock absorber mounting point, and is light. On the other hand, the rear wheel cover assembly is purely in mechanical connection, thereby avoiding generating a heat-affected zone.
