An electric actuator (electric motor) is properly protected from heat without causing an operator to feel something is wrong with steering.
The operation amount of an electric actuator (40L, 40R) is reduced according to the increase of the actuator temperature by a gain which a temperature compensation gain calculation unit (25) sets according to the increase of the actuator temperature.
