Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of vehicle apparatuses. Disclosed are a rearview mirror and an automobile. The rearview mirror comprises a rearview mirror main body and a rearview mirror support. An ETC module and a tamper-resistant detection circuit are provided inside the rearview mirror main body. A touch switch circuit is provided at the exterior of the rearview mirror. The touch switch circuit is provided with a protection member covering the entire touch switch circuit except for a switch contact. The switch contact of the touch switch circuit abuts a windshield. The touch switch circuit is electrically connected to the tamper-resistant detection circuit by means of a conductive trace passing through the interior of a hollow connection rod of the rearview mirror support. The tamper-resistant detection circuit is used to detect a state of the switch contact, and to control an operating state of the ETC module according to the state. The tamper-resistant system effectively enhances tamper resistance.
