Abstract:
A radiating device 10 is provided with a wobbling-type micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) mirror 2 which radiates laser light, which is an electromagnetic wave radiated by a light source unit 1, in a prescribed direction, and reflects emitted light Lt emitted by the light source unit 1, and a rotating parabolic mirror 9 which reflects the emitted light Lt that has been reflected by the MEMS mirror 2 toward the MEMS mirror 2. The MEMS mirror 2 then reflects the emitted light Lt that has been reflected by the rotating parabolic mirror 9 in a predetermined direction outside the rotating parabolic mirror 9.
