Abstract:
The reception device of the present invention is provided with a control unit for performing: a search process for searching for channels or content on the basis of a phrase recognized from a user utterance; a process for selecting one channel or item of content out of a plurality of channels or items of content obtained via the search process; a process for displaying the selected content, or content broadcast on the selected channel, on a display unit; and a process for further displaying item images representing the plurality of channels or items of content obtained via the search process as options on the display unit.
