Abstract:
A reception device according to the present invention comprises: a correlation value calculating unit (251) that calculates a first cross-correlation function between a received signal that is a signal having a preamble spread by an up-chirp as well as by a down-chirp and the up-chirp and that calculates a second cross-correlation function between the received signal and the down-chirp; a power value calculating unit (252) that calculates a first power value of the first cross-correlation function and calculates a second power value of the second cross-correlation function; a correlation power memory (254) that stores the first power value and the second power value at each sample timing for one cycle of spread code; a threshold determination unit (255) that determines a first estimation timing from the first power values for one cycle of spread code and determines a second estimation timing from the second power values for one cycle of spread code; and an estimation unit (241) that uses the first estimation timing and the second estimation timing to estimate a spread code timing of a transmission device and that roughly estimates a frequency offset relative to the transmission device.
