Abstract:
Disclosed is a recess-film hole cooling structure for cooling turbine blades, the structure comprising a recess (2) provided in an inner wall of a cooling blade (1), and a film hole (3) passing through the cooling blade (1), wherein the film hole (3) is provided with an inlet located at the recess (2). Also disclosed is a film cooling device, comprising a cooling blade (1), one or more recesses (2), and one or more film holes (3), wherein the recesses (2) are provided in an inner wall of the cooling blade (1), the film holes (3) pass through the cooling blade (1), each film hole (3) is provided with an inlet, and inlets of all the film holes (3) are located at the recesses (2); or the inlets of some of the film holes (3) are located at the recesses (2), and the inlets of the other film holes (3) are located in an area, other than that of the recesses (2), on an inner wall face of the cooling blade (1); or the inlets of multiple film holes (3) are located in the same recess (2). The recess-film hole cooling structure can improve the matching between the film holes and a flow channel inside the cooling blade, thereby improving the condition of the flow at the inlets of the film holes and within the film holes, and improving the film cooling performance of an external wall face of the cooling blade.
