Abstract:
A recess formation device provided with: a recess formation unit 13 provided with a plurality of molds for forming, in a film for a container, recesses for housing a drug, the capacity of the recesses formed in the film for a container by each of the plurality of molds being different for each of the molds; a prescription data reception unit 21 for receiving prescription data including information pertaining to a prescription; a mold specification unit 22 for specifying, on the basis of the prescription data received by the prescription data reception unit 21, the mold to be used in the recess formation unit 13; and a mold notification unit 23 for notifying the user of the mold specified by the mold specification unit 22.
