Abstract:
Provided is a recess forming device equipped with: a recess forming unit (13) that is equipped with a plurality of forming dies which form recesses for housing a drug in a container film, wherein the capacities of the recesses formed in the container film by each of the plurality of forming dies are mutually different; a forming die switching unit (21) that switches the forming die used in the recess forming unit (13) between the plurality of forming dies; a prescription data receiving unit (22) that receives prescription data comprising information pertaining to a prescription; and a control unit (23) that controls the forming die switching unit (21) so as to switch the forming die used in the recess forming unit (13) between the plurality of forming dies, on the basis of the prescription data received by the prescription data receiving unit (22).
