Disclosed is a recessed lamp (100), comprising a housing and a bottom plate (10). The housing includes a first side wall (2) and a second side wall (4) that are opposite to each other, and the first side wall (2) and the second side wall (4) are respectively provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion. The bottom plate (10) is either a light diffusion plate or a ventilation panel, and includes a first edge (12) and a second edge (14) that are opposite to each other. With at least a part of the first edge (12) and at least a part of the second edge (14) respectively slotting into the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion, the bottom plate (10) is fitted to the housing, and cannot move up and down. The lamp (100) solves the problem of the complex assembly of the housing of existing recessed lamps (100) and the bottom plates (10) thereof. The lamp has the advantages of simple structure, easy assembly and fewer parts.
