A recipe generation system for a cooking device, and a cooking device, the recipe generation system comprising: an operation component (1); a weight detection component (2) configured to measure initial weights of cooking materials being sequentially added into a cooking device and measure the overall weight of the cooking materials during a cooking process and at the end of the cooking process; a timer component (3); a parameter calculation component (4) configured to obtain proportions of each cooking material on the basis of the initial weights of each cooking material and calculate weight loss amounts of different cooking materials at different points of time; a parameter determination component (6) configured to determine a liquid-boiling time point according to changes of the weight loss amounts of the cooking materials over time of cooking and to determine a heating time according to the liquid-boiling time point and a cooking finish time. The recipe generation system for a cooking device and the cooking device can determine, by detection and information processing of a series of operations during the cooking process, dish compositions, key elements to form the dish and cooking steps of the cooking process, such that a subsequent cooking process can make use thereof.
