Abstract:
Disclosed is a reciprocating impact boring machine internally provided with a rocker arm telescopic cylinder, said machine comprising a telescopic outer drum (1), a telescopic inner drum (2), a telescopic cylinder (3), a reciprocating impact portion (4) and a body (5), the telescopic inner drum (2) being arranged within the telescopic outer drum (1), the junction between the telescopic inner drum (2) and the reciprocating impact portion (4) being provided with a telescopic inner drum flange (2.1), the telescopic inner drum flange (2.1) being connected to a box body (9), the telescopic outer drum (1) being arranged on the body (5), the telescopic cylinder (3) being arranged inside the telescopic inner drum (2), an impact power source piece (6) being transversely arranged perpendicular to the box body (9). The cylinder is isolated from the external harsh environment, effectively protecting the cylinder from being polluted and affected, and preventing bumping etc. The telescopic cylinder (3) is arranged on the force centre, preventing eccentric loading of a cutting portion telescopic structure, so that the cutting portion telescopes smoothly, and the service life is extended. The telescopic inner drum is provided with an inner drum water channel. The structure is simple, a water pipe is prevented from being exposed and easily damaged, the outward appearance is aesthetically pleasing, an oil inlet/outlet or valve piece is arranged behind the telescopic inner drum, maintenance is convenient, the inner diameter of the telescopic inner drum is reduced, and materials are saved.
