Abstract:
The present invention efficiently heats and vaporizes a working fluid. This reciprocating steam engine reciprocates a piston by expanding/contracting a cylinder expansion chamber, and is characterized by being provided with: an injection part that injects a working fluid to the expansion chamber; and a first heating part that heats the working fluid at the injection part before the injection to the expansion chamber, the expansion chamber being expanded by an increase in volume of the working fluid injected to the expansion chamber resulting from vaporization of the working fluid.
