Abstract:
Disclosed is a reciprocating-type foam hot bonding machine, comprising two groups of main material templates driven by a synchronous belt to move synchronously, an auxiliary material template and a movable heating plate, wherein the two groups of main material templates are alternated so that one group is located at a feeding station and the other group is located at a bonding station; an upward ejection air cylinder is arranged below each group of main material templates and respectively drives the corresponding main material template to move perpendicularly; a material taking mechanism circularly moves above the auxiliary material template, the bonding station and a discharging station, and is used for taking an auxiliary foam material out of the auxiliary material template and moving same to above the main material templates that have been loaded with a main foam material at the bonding station or used for moving a finished foam product from the bonding station to the discharging station for discharging; and the heating plate, when extending out, can reach above the bonding station and be attached to the lower surface of the auxiliary foam material taken by the material taking mechanism. According to the reciprocating-type foam hot bonding machine of the present invention, materials are fed to one group of main material templates, while the auxiliary foam material is bonded to the main foam material on the other group of main material templates, the operating efficiency thus being greatly improved.
