Abstract:
The present invention is equipped with: an evaporator (51) for separating a branched and introduced absorbing solution (17) from a deteriorated substance; a heating unit (53) which obtains gaseous recovered steam (52) containing the gasified absorbing solution and CO2 by heating the recirculating absorbing solution (17), and is provided in a recirculating line (L21) through which the absorbing solution (17) introduced into the evaporator (51) recirculates; a concentrated-solution branch line (L22) for taking a portion of the absorbing solution (17) recirculating in the floor section (51b) of the evaporator (51) from the recirculating line (L21), and separating the same as a concentrated solution (54); a cooling unit (55) for cooling the concentrated solution (54), and provided in the concentrated-solution branch line (L22); an ionic-deteriorated-substance removal unit (56) for removing an ionic deteriorated substance from the cooled concentrated solution (54); and a purified-absorbing-solution discharge line (L23) for reusing the same as a purified absorbing solution (17b) from which the ionic deteriorated substance has been removed.
