Abstract:
A reclaiming method of waste elastomer comprises non-pollution treatment of waste elastomer in rubber machines with reclaiming assistant. One or more kinds of technical means have been taken in formulation the reclaiming assistant, which comprises: using odourless softening agents, which are composed of vegetable nutlet, fruitage, oil-contained discolored mud or/and conventional softening agents used in elastomer and so on; reducing dosage of softening agents by optimizing the combination of softening agents provided that improving the effect of softening agents; using odourless active agents; using antioxidants; using powder of sorbent, industrial muck, bone or shell of animals, stalk of plants or/and conventional reinforcing agents used in elastomer as powder auxiliary material. It can be obtained fine rubber powder with more than or equal 80-mesh, or a kind of odourless masterbatch or master-rubber product of plastic rubber powder or fine rubber powder, which contains waste elastomer with 5-95% and has some effects for gross rubber, for example softening, chewing, reinforcing, filling and vulcanized activity. The products obtained can be used as raw material or auxiliary material in rubber and plastic field.
