Abstract:
The present invention relates to Cardio-Vascular and Weight-Loss and Muscle Exercising trainers, and especially to trainers wherein a trainee recline on a bench while his legs or his hands or his legs and hands perform movements higher than the bench whereon trainee reclines such that trainee head, hands torso and pelvis weight is not carried by trainee legs, whereby the perpendicular force of trainee weight is eliminated from hips and legs joints when exercising. It is understood by those skilled in the art that while the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to the exemplary embodiments according to the invention, various modifications and changes may be made thereto without departing from the teachings of the invention, which are only limited by the appended claims.
