Abstract:
Disclosed is a recognition dictionary creation device which generates a recognition dictionary wherein the language of the reading for the inputted dictionary entry text is identified, and a reading is assigned, by a phoneme of the language identified, to the dictionary entry text while a reading of the dictionary entry text is converted from the reading of the language identified to a reading of the language to be recognized which is handled by speech recognition, and the converted reading is registered.
