Provided is a recombinant Bacillus subtilis capable of increasing the yield of menaquinone-7, characterized by using Bacillus subtilis 168 as a starting strain, and replacing natural promoters of menaquinone isochorismate synthase gene menF and dihydroxynaphthoic acid synthase gene menB on a chromosome with a P43 promoter; replacing natural promoters of O-succinylbenzoic acid-CoA ligase gene menE and transketolase gene tkt on the chromosome with a Phbs promoter; and expressing an exogenous isochorismate synthase entC gene and an exogenous phosphoenolpyruvate synthase ppsA gene on the chromosome with the P43 promoter, and knocking out glucose phosphotransferase gene ptsG on the chromosome.
